As student, I have participated in class projects that helped me applied knowledge while reinforcing my transportation problem solving and reasoning. Here, I will describe what those projects are. Also, I show here my undergraduate thesis project, which was an outstanding transportation design.

Bachelor's Thesis: Design of

an overpass on a rural zone

As my bachelor's thesis project, I designed an overpass as never before in Puerto La Cruz, Venezuela. It encompassed an especial curvature that made it unique. I developed a geometric and structural design that notably improved the level of service of the area.

  • Overview: Development of a pavement management plan on a selected 20 streets asset spending a budget assigned. Real life situation project.

Equipment Guide Development

  • Class: CEEN 5303 Pavement design

  • Overview: Developing production rates for equipments involved in pavement operations.

Mapping Sidewalk Quality

  • Class: GEOL 5312 Geographical Information Systems (GIS)

  • Overview: Mapping the quality of sidewalks using GPS units and arcGIS.
